If you need assistance with fitting your Prosix, please contact us. We ask that you send photos of your horse, wearing ProSix. Send views from front and back and each side by text or email.
If you would like to return your lightly used ProSix, within 30 days of your purchase you may contact us for pre-approval of the refund of your purchase price. We expect your returned ProSix to be clean, hair-free, and in good condition. Returns are not re-sold; they are donated to 501c3 horse rescues.
Only products purchased directly from www.eagleprosix.com can be returned. If purchased from another supplier, please contact them directly for their return policy.

We recommend shipping UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for returned products that are lost in transit or during shipping.
Eagle ProSix will replace any product that has defects in materials or workmanship within 30 days of purchase. This does not include products damaged by unreasonable use.
